1 c. beer 3/4 c. steak sauce 2 cloves garlic(crushed) 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 1/2 pounds. round steaks (cut right into 1/2 inch strips) 3 sm. red or eco-friendly peppers, reduced into 1 inch items
1 tsp. corn starch
