Punkin Facility Environment-friendly Chile Chuck

1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 (4 to 6 extra pound) chuck roast 1 huge onion, sliced 1 (7 ounce) could chopped environment-friendly chiles
1 (12 ounce) can beer
PREP WORK: In a Dutch oven, warm oil warm. Burn roast on both sides. Add onion and also chiles. Transform roast to cover fully with chiles and also onion. Pour beer around sides of roast. Sprinkle with salt, pepper as well as garlic salt; cover with tight cover. Place over low heat. Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. It will fall apart and is SO GOOD!

Serves 6 to 8.
