Old Dark Covered dish

1( 1 1/2 pound) chuck steak
2 tablespoons experienced flour
2 tbsps oil
2 tbsps tomato paste
1 (12 ounce) could dark beer

1/2 mug beef supply 2 tablespoons cut fresh thyme

2 onions, about chopped

6 cloves garlic, smashed

2 carrots, peeled and sliced

2 stalks celery, cut

8 ounces mushrooms, halved if big
